Walking Robot, R-17

MicroMan, R-17 Details
This is a robot under construction. It is an attempt to use the lightest servos and construction to create a small walking robot from scratch. The leg servos and the neck servo have been installed and tested. The microprocesser has yet to be hooked up and programmed.
Planned details:
Mobility: 11 servos so far. Eventually arms and hands will be added.
Control: parallax servo controller, it has been tested and it works well.
Processing: one basic stamp2.
Sensing: tilt switches, accellerometers, and infrared.
Power: 7.6v liIon, 2-3v-2032 lithium batteries
